General questions

1. How do I redownload software that I purchased?

Go to 'My Account' on Handster website and login there. Navigate to 'View Order History'. There you can view all your orders, redownload programs and re-request registration keys. You credit card is NOT charged for that.

2. My registration key doesn't work.

Please make sure that you enter every letter as you see it in the email with the registration key. Check if there are any other instructions in the email with the registration key.

3. I purchased the software, but haven't received an email with the registration code to unlock it.

Make sure that emails from Handster.com are not blocked by your spam filter.
You can additionally contact Application Vendor Support to request resending the registration key. Support email is displayed in the Product details page.

4. I have questions about the software program. Who do I have to ask them?

Please write to support email of the program vendor. Support email can be found on product details page.

Purchasing on PDA

5. My PDA has no built-in mobile phone. Can I still purchase software on the device?

Yes, you can purchase anytime. Software will be unlocked immediately. The real transaction will be executed when your device is connected to the Internet, for example, when you put it into the cradle and your desktop computer is connected to the Internet.

6. What happens with the credit card data that I enter on the device?

We store the credit card data in the encrypted form on the device until the transaction is exucuted. The transaction is executed when we can open a secure SSL connection to Handster payment system. Once the transaction is executed, the transaction data is removed from the device.

7. I entered my credit card data into the Handster payment screens in the application. Can I cancel the transaction?

Yes, if the transaction has not been executed yet, you can uninstall the software application. This will cancel transaction.

Reselling questions

8. Can I resell the software program that I haven't purchased?

Yes, you can.

9. I purchased the program from another website. Can I resell it?

Yes, you need to perform the following steps:
   - uninstall the existing program (if it contains any useful data, export the data first).
   - download the program from Handster.com website and install it.
   - register it with the code you received, when you purchased it from the other website.
Now you can use this program as before and additionally resell it.
